TERMS AND CONDITION: Booking our product and services, means you agree to all our terms and condition which are listed as followed:
- Lawn/Yard should be well watered the morning of the setup (which is the day before the event). Note that if the Lawn is not watered it makes it very hard to install and we cannot be held liable if this happens.
- Deliveries will be made between the hours of 4 pm – 12 am the day prior to the event (this is the setup day) unless other arrangements have been made. Call, text, or email us for other arrangements.
- You and any other person(s) at the property will NOT move or remove the signs while they are installed on that property.
- No yard work including mowing of grass or weed whacking should occur while our signs are in place and in your yard. Please do not cut or mow the grass while our signs are set up. This will damage our signs and tools.
- Do not allow anyone to play with the yard signs including moving them or removing them for entertainment.
- The Bookie (person booking), If booking for someone else outside of their family and not on their property agrees to inform (or forward this contract) to the person or persons to inform them of all our terms and conditions so no damage comes to our yard signs.
- The Bookie (person booking) agrees to be fully responsible financially for any missing and/or damage to our signs while installed on the booked property (including properties that the bookie does not live on and is sending a surprise setup to.
- Once the sign is installed, we do not move the sign to reposition or relocate it to another location.
- Simply Grand Style LLC and representatives of the Simply Grand Style LLC are Not responsible or liable for any damages to property or injuries to persons while installing or removing the yard signs and while the yard signs are installed for the customer.
- Simply Grand Style LLC representatives are not responsible or liable if we are unable to install due to reasons that are outside of our control such as but not limited to Incorrect address, the property owner does not want the setup, neighborhood (HOA) restrictions, No Gate Code given, Dogs, and other life-threatening occurrences. And No refunds will be given due to these reasons.
- Acts of God – If we are unable to install due to severe-weather related threats, we will work with you to have the setup done as soon as possible or used for another occasion or issue you a refund.
- Rush Order – $25 fee. Installation and Setup require planning and lots of coordination so we need 3 full days before the setup day to prep for the setup. If available there will be a $25 fee for Rush Order Setups (Same day $35 fee)
- Refunds – We understand that things come up and would love to make other arrangements with you if something does come up. But we will issue a full refund for cancellations prior to 7 days before the setup day and 50% prior to 3 days before the setup. Store credit will be given to all other cancellations 2 days or less prior to setup day.
- Full payment must be made at the time of booking to secure the selected date.
- All Set-Ups are 24-hour rentals but can be kept for additional days (based on availability) for a small fee of $45/day.
